Isn't this cute.

This is the flower that Bailey got from Grandpa Lerwill's Funeral. She dried it in the big phone book and then we mod podged it and framed it. It turned out so good. We haven't decided if we are going to put some vinyl saying on it yet. I think it is a great keepsake.
This is the picture of Grandpa and Bailey that is in her 4 generation book. Wow look at how much Baiely has grown.

Pre- 4th of July

Not the best picture, but I wanted to do something more patriotic for the 4th of July decorations in my home. This is what I came up with. I also did some vinyl on my cricut and put it on my window that says. Celebrate freedom.

David Archuleta

We went to David Archuleta's concert at BYUI. He did a great job and is very talented and of course Bailey would say he is really cute. We had a great time. Crazy though we found our seats and sitting right next to us was Stacy's good good mission friend Trent Nelson and his 15 year old daughter. Stacy was glad to see some other guy there. ha ha. Boy the kids at the college, how do they get in being so young!!

Father's Day

Well today was Sunday, Father's Day and we got a couple of treats and enjoyed thoughts of our missionary. Today was Elder Stewart's homecoming in Rexburg and we went and listened to him talk. He was a great missionary and so fun to hear him. He started his talk by telling about his new companion who had a run in with a dog and broke his collar bone. As he was telling the story everyone in the congregation sighed when he said the Elder Lerwill broke his collar bone and had road rash all over his arms. We visited with him for just a few minutes and he talked very highly of Dalan. He seems like a great young man and we could tell he was an awesome missionary. I can't believe how much work the missionaries are doing in Arizona. When we got home we had a message on our machine from President Bassett wishing Stacy a Happy Father's Day and telling us that Dalan was doing well and that they are thrilled to have him. He is doing well and working hard.

Happy Father's Day Stacy, you are the best father and husband. I love you so much!

Red, White, & Blue

We are gearing up for the 4th of July. Well we still need to decide what we are going to do, but our table will look awesome. Fun table cloth made out of bandanna's. Don't look too close bandanna's are not all built equally the same.

A Dalan Sighting!

A young LDS Missionary be the name of Elder Dalan Lerwill has been sighted in the small Arizona town of Snowflake, AZ. This sighting happened on Sat. June 19,2010 on a street in Snowflake. He was dressed in his usual missionary attire seen riding a bike down the street! He was accompanied by his companion. (We assume) This was reported by Elder Lerwill's mother's Uncle Glade Ogden. He called to let the family know of this happening. He said their exchange was very brief due to the fact that his companion had rode off after Glade stopped, thinking he looked familiar and said, "What's your name?" in which he replied, "Elder Lerwill"! The family was ecstatic on hearing this news!

Guess How Much

This one itsy bitsy little bag of parts goes to the sprayer. Can you guess how much it was. No wonder our world is in such a hurt, I don't know how we are all going to survive. We were told that the little yellow nozzles you see should be replaced every year. Yeah what a joke. This will be the first time we have replaced them since we bought the sprayer years ago. Well we asked Ryan to please pick these parts up for us, he saw the receipt and asked the guy if he needed to back his pick up to get the parts seeing how much it was. The guy snickered and gave him this little bag. Grand Total=$256.75!

Fried Green Tmatoes

Call me a Southern girl, I made fried green tomatoes. I have always wondered what they tasted like and I really liked them. We got a whole bunch of green tomatoes from our Green Canyon Family Reunion so it was a great time to try them out. Tastes a lot like fried zucchini, which I also like. Kind of fun!

Bailey's Rag Quilt

For Teen Living Bailey made this so cute rag quilt. It is awesome, I am proud of her!

Out with the old (dead) and in with the new!

We don't know what happened but our flowering crab apple did not make it through the winter. We have babied that tree for 7 years! Well we now have a bird cherry tree, suppose to be real hardy and it has my favorite purple leaf. Its blossoms will be white next year. Hope it grows well.

Rhubarb Jelly

I tried a new jelly this year using rhubarb and my new steamer, juicer Stacy gave me last year. So good, we love it, yummy. It is also very pretty! Also made a yummy cream cheese rhubarb pie! Love summer time!! Yesterday was so beautiful, the first really summer day but so sad it is cloudy today. Please, please we need SUMMER! It is Lerwill Swimming/Reunion at Green Canyon this week. We have been going in the evenings and visiting and eating. The kids are all getting so big. They are fun, it is a good time. It is really weird for us to be there and not have anyone in lessons and not to even have Dalan there. It is really hard. My kids are grown up, makes me so sad!

Isn't she a cute rhubarb head doll!

SLC UT Roller's Fixed

Ok we took off this Wednesday and went to Pocky and Bailey went to her TMJ appointment. Things are going well there, she got her ramp taken off and you would hardly know she is wearing anything. She is feeling so much better and doing well. Stacy also saw the doctor and he got his teeth floated again. ha ha. But for seriously, he did. Then we headed to SLC.  We took the rollers from our grain roller down to get fixed. We dropped them off around 2:00 and we went into the city and checked into our hotel. We just relaxed and really didn't do much. It got supper time and we decieded to go find some place good to eat, well we didn't know where we were going and we completely didn't pay attention to the time. Five o'clock quitting time is @#^& in Utah. Big mistake. We got on freeway and when we could get off we did and circled back to our hotel through the back way and State street. Arrive back at our hotel 1 hour later and walked around the corner and ate at Denny's. I am not sure why anyone would want to live in Utah!!!!!! No offense to those of you who read this from Utah. Anyway we got up the next morning and hung out and went and picked up a gun for Jeff and ate lunch and picked up our rollers and headed home. We had a great time just being together and relaxing. We are excited to get the grain roller up and running. The pigs and chickens will like it too. Yummy food.

Bailey's Report Card

Way to go Bailey!! We are soooo proud of you!!!!!! She also got a note from her math teacher saying she was one of her top students and so enjoyed having her in her class. This is awesome, since Math is Bailey's hardest subject.
