Bailey Horse Ride with Young Women

Bailey in Jackson with her friends.

Blue Gun and new puppies

We got two new puppies. They are so cute. We will see what I say about them in a few weeks. They are blue heelers. They are about 11 weeks old, they were born on 18th of April. I think we have named them? The one with some red is Toby and the black masked one in "Z".

Happy Birthday Bailey

June 28, 1994-June 28, 2012= 18 years!!
Wow!
Bailey turned 18 this last week. She has been so excited for her birthday and it is an exciting time. Man I should be 18. We took the day off and went to Rexburg and picked up big brother, Yeah! We then went on to IF and did some shopping and then we came back to Rexburg and ate at Gringos and then went and watched the movie, Mirror, Mirror. It was really cute. We had a great day. Bailey got her 22 gun and a bling bling western belt, cute cowboy hat, owl necklace, and shells, necklace and money. She also got her gun dipped. We got it back on Saturday. She had blue raindrops put on it and if defiently is one of a kind, her gun! Pretty cool. We sure love her and hope that this next year goes by so slowly!

Varmits!

We are sad to report that our dog Otis is not with us anymore. We do not know what happened to him and we do miss him. He was a good dog and he did keep things at bay. Since he has been gone we have been invaded with rock chucks and chipmunks. We are talking they have been everywhere and right at our houses. The squirrels this year are really bad also. Yesterday morning Verna called and said she needed Bailey to come over with her new gun and get some rock chucks. We went over there and they have totally eaten her whole garden and all her petunia blossoms. She was seeing them all over the yard. There was also evidence of them being right in her front door (if you get what I mean). So we went around back and sat on the backs step and waited. We didn't have to wait very long and the fun began. Bailey is an awesome shot. She shot 6 of them. Yes 6, isn't that gross. She shot one today by our bully barn when we sat down to have lunch. She is an awesome aim. We also went to O'rourkes last night and had pizza and salad and cold pop. I have to say it was soooo yummy. We took Verna with us and had a great time. On the way home we wanted to go look at the hay. Which by the way is very depressing. Long story short, froze to many times to make hay. Sad, Sad. I will tell you later how many bales we got on the whole piece after the baling is done. Anyway as we pulled up to the hay field it litereally was moving. Hundred and hundreds of squirrels. So we raced home and we all got our 22's and went back and did some damage. What a beautiful evening it was. It was a good day, but we were all tired and wind and sun burned by the time we got home. We also had gone on a buggy ride up Packsaddle Canyon to check on headgate. We also took it up on mountain and brought the spray truck home. Yes, we are glad to be done spraying. We broke down and so Simplot came and sprayed the last 200 acres. We do have our pipe up and running and Garrett Beard is moving it. Bailey and him are good friends and they had a great day hanging around each other yesterday and he helped us.

Bedroom

Still working on it. But I really like the new bed spread. I also bought one long drap and I cut it up and made the curtains for all three windows. Not bad to get them all for I think 7 or 8 dollars. I still want to paint the wall where the sinks are the same color blue as the bathroom and curtains. Maybe I will get to it next week. Sorry this is a really bad picture, but I had to hide some messes still. ha ha. I am still going through closest and I have got to go through a pile of Dalan's mission stuff and get it all boxed up for him.

Bathroom

Not the best photo's but you get the idea.
