Solar Eclipse

Ok we have to admit that we were totally not into this Eclipse thing, but boy did we change our minds. Kevin Hall, Stacy's cousin drove all night to come and see this from CA. He brought his 16 inch telescope and he educated us and made it so fun for us. What a neat experience this was. It was so fun to watch with our glasses and Kevin's telescope. When it was in totality it really did get dark and cold.  It was so crazy. It was so cool. Totality here was like just over 2 minutes. Fastest 2 minutes of my life. It was sad when it was over. So we started watching it at 10:00 and it ended at 1:00. It is really hard to explain, but it was really awesome.

End of CA. trip

Best part of our California trip was being with family. Easton was the only one who got anything from CA. We bought him big foot crocs. Aren't they so cute with the claws. Bailey didn't even end up with a shirt. She got one though from Nevada. haha. These are the cutest pictures of Easton. He got a balance bike and has just cruised around on it. He sure in a natural at all things sporty. We sure love all of our family and feel so blessed.
