hey how is everything going there! the lawn looks sooo greeen! nobody has a green lawn down here! haha, we just got throughn in a little bit of a tail spin! Elder jenkins just got a phone call yesterday and he is going to be the new AP! he will do great, but now elder hilton has no companion till next tues! so he will be staying at our place and we will be going on alot of splits so we can still teach all the apts we have set up for this week in bothof our areas! :) so it will most defently be eventful!
we had exchanges yesterday so i went with elder hilton! he is amazing and i learned so much from him! we went out east of town. it was crazy!! there are tonz of meth labs and crazy ppl running from the law out there! it was so crazy! we pulled over to talk to this lady walking down the road and we didnt even say anything to here and she jumped into the back of the pickup!! she was a scary looking lady! haha but allls well, she didnt jump us for kicking her out! ;)
the weather is so sweet here! in the morings it is misreably hot and humid, then afternoon monnsoons come and it cools off and rains....HARD! on sunday afternoon it rained 2 1/2"in 3 hrs! haha, thats alot of rain! :) and we were out biking around in it. we got prety wet! haha
ya i did get a hydration pack, Clay and Brandy Bryant bought it for me for a gift! I get treated so amazing, its incredible. when ever we go out to eat someone always covers our check and they try to pay for our grocies! its way kool to see and feel so welcome by so many! :) we never go hungery and hardly go with out whatever we need! haha
Transfers are this coming tues. so it is possible that i might get transfered so send letters to mission home till i find out where i am going to be! :) i really hope i get to stay! on our exchange yesterday elder jenkins was with elder mace and i guess that they had a good long talk on obediance and talking and expressing feeling! so i really hope that things will get better! i really believe that they will! :) we had a ZDM last week and we got interviewd by pres ellsworth! he is so amazing and provided me with a lot of insight and encouragment! so that was kool! things will be on the mend now with me and mace and we will be able to work together better! :)
mom the rubarb jelly is soo good! I Love it! :) thats awesome that there are no mesquitos for pipe but thats not good that things are dry! the other day we found a snake out in the bushes and it was 6 ' long! Gross...good thing it wasnt a rattler, only a bull snake! but it was still pretty bad! haha
ok so small world again... i met a older guy the other day named Woody Harris, he is from Grace ID and went to skoolwith a girl named Joicie Panter. see if wes family knows who it is! haha
this coming weekend is the 24th and it is a HUGE deal in snowflake, like bigger than christmas! haha, they have a rodeo, parade, plays, bands, food, stuff to buy everywhere! so its going to be a crazy weekend! plus Aaron Nichols is getting baptised saturday at 1! thats so exciting! :) he is so converted. sunday was his 2 time at chuch and they did a open choir thing and he got up in front of every one and sang! it was soooo kool to see! way exciting. so saturday morning at 8 we are going to members house for breakfast and to watch the parade from there front lawn, then that evening we have a sweet dinner planned and mabey going to see if we can watch the fire works... depends on how tired we are! haha :) so it will defently be a full, busy weekend! do you guys have any sweet plans?

Brooke Johnson fairly regularly
and random lettlers from alot of other ppl!
I have so much support its amazing! i love being a missionary and even though i often lay on my bed and cry... JK (not really) HAHA, it is so rewarding! i am learning and growing so much everyday its so kool to see and feel the change. not only in me but in those that i am working with right now! :) it is really nerve racking when you walk into chuch and they say that there speaker fell through and they need some one to give a 10 min talk, or a sunday skool lesson, priestood, and you wouldnt believe how often ppl run us down and ask for blessings! :) its wonderful to be able to help all those around me. sometimes poop your pants scary, but wonderful! haha
well i better get running but thank you for all you do for me! it means so much to have a supportive family. there are missionaries out here that write home every week like we have to, but then get nothing in return! so thanks for everything! keep up the good work and enjoy the family reionion and tell every one hi and have a blast! i love you and miss you all soooo very much. look forward to hearing from you soon, keep safe and healthy!
Love
Elder Dalan Lerwill
