Christmas Card 2010

Dear Family and Friends,

We so want to wish you a very Merry Christmas and hope the year 2011 is a great one for all. Life is going well here, our kids are growing up so fast it is scary. Dalan or should I say Elder Lerwill is doing awesome; he loves his mission and is very busy. He will get to spend the holidays in the Mesa Arizona area and feels so blessed to be in a mission that has 2 temples, awesome Christmas lights and the well known Easter Pageant. He is excited to be on the temple grounds during the holidays talking to people. He is also very excited to be working with the Hispanic culture along with the English wards also. My guess is, he wishes he would have paid closer attention to his Spanish Classes in High School. I am sure he will do great with the Lord on his side. We are very proud of him. Bailey is surviving without her brother. Not to say that it has been easy but it is so exciting to hear from him and feel of his spirit that is makes it lots easier. Bailey is in the 10th grade. She is doing awesome in her studies at school and has great grades. She got her driver’s license this summer and she now has taken over the green pick-up and our days of catching the bus are over. How crazy is that. Bailey also had her first Formal Date Dance and had a great time with a great bunch of kids! She is a beautiful young lady and we are proud of her. We hope to hear from you all. We send our love and best wishes for a happy holiday season.

Just for fun here are some of other years past Christmas letters before Blog Days!

Dear Family and Friends,

We hope this Christmas note finds you all well and happy. We are all doing fine and looking forward to some fun times during the Holiday’s. As all of you know time continues to fly by so fast. Dalan is a freshman this year and is having a great time. He has started wrestling and we continue to be his chauffer and fan club. He has gained 30 pounds since last year. Wow. Bailey is in her last year of Elementary School. The big 5th grader! How can this be!! She is excited for the school Christmas program, she is singing and dancing in it. We already have lots of snow and love our own sledding hill and Stacy is trying to make the kids an ice skating rink. We hope that you all have a wonderful holiday season filled with safety, health, love and happiness.

Love~ Stacy, Brenda, Dalan & Bailey Lerwill

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

We hope all is well with you and your families. I feel like I say the same thing over and over every year, but thinking about that, I guess this is good. The kids are a year older as we are also. They are more excited about this than we are! Dalan is 16 and a junior in high school. He loves his welding and cabinet classes; wish he loved math, English, and science as well. He is a great kid and we hope the next year and half slows down for us. He is ready to hit the road running! Bailey is 13 and in the 7th grade. She is growing into a beautiful young lady. Stacy has the gun by the door and wonders where his little girl went. Bailey did bread 4-H this year and brought home the red rosette and several other blue ribbons. She is a joy in our home. We love both of them so much and are dreading them growing up and leaving us, but so thankful that they are on that path. You parents know exactly what I mean. We hope you all feel the spirit of Christ this season and through out the whole year!

Love,

Stacy, Brenda, Dalan, & Bailey
