WEDNESDAY IS ABOUT GONE

OK no interesting mail today, so what we have been told tomorrow should be the day!! We are all excited to find out! This morning Dalan said he slept the best that he has in awhile, I think he is a little nerveous also.(Normally So!)  Patience building experiences right?!

Before and After.......

I have so wanted to paint my dining room and have been putting it off until the other day I jumped in and got it done. It is the color I think I wanted when we built our house but we painted it all one color for ease and to get in quicker. Since then I have painted almost every other room. I had painted the dining room yellow because I was chicken to go this dark, and I did like it from the original color but I have been so sick of it lately. It also washed out my cabnets. Well the new is awesome, it brings out the color in our wood. I really like it.

Dalan helped me prime it and wanted to show off is creative expressions! I think he better continue on with college! he he

Thursday!

Yes today is Thursday and from what we have been told it is the day that missionary calls are issued on! Wow. We are all excited, nerveous, happy, apprehensive, jittery, happy, what more can we say. I have had a pray in my heart all week for the General Authorities, wow what a responsiblity. I have thought do they really need my prayers, come on think about it, and then I have realized we all need help from each other and Heavenly Father. I am so thankful for my many blessings and the spirit I have felt this week and pray I might always live worthy to feel of His love. I love the church and it's teachings, and the blessings it brings into my life. I know that Dalan will be an excellent missionary and people are waiting to hear the gospel, and they are waiting for him to share the message. I feel like it is so hard to pay back Heavenly Father and Jesus for all that they have done for us and all that they continued to. They have blessed us so much. Dalan's blood sugars have been doing awesome! Living a good life and saying Thank You sometimes just seem so inadequate.

I have arrived.....

My awesome husband, the love of my life made me my very own quilting frames. How cool is that. Does that mean I am a Grandma?? Grandma's always had the quilting frames when I was growing up. Anyway Bailey and I were excited to put them to good use. Bailey and I have been working on a levi quilt for her for some time. We finally got off center and got real busy and we got it all pieced together last week, so we put it on Sunday evening while the boys were at Priesthood meeting and we finished it Monday after Bailey got home from school. I even got it bound yesterday and she got to sleep with it last night. The back is that minkee like material and it is soooo soft. It is really really cute.

Those who God Calls, God Qualifies by President Monson

Dalan met with the Stake President on Sunday at 3:30. It all went well and yes his papers are in Salt Lake. Wow. Cute story, he was telling us about it and said that Pres. Kunz asked him if he had experienced personal revelation. I asked so what did you tell him and he said yes. Bailey piped up and said, "so you have seen God?" We all had a good laugh. We love her sweet innocence that she posses. She is so much fun to have arround!
